The aim of FEMA is to recognise and reward creative and effective employment advertising and excellence in the field of recruitment.
Companies and individuals who have made a significant contribution as a leader in their field will be showcased on the night and throughout the year in a variety of Fairfax platforms including The Age, The Sydney Morning Herald and online.
Winners will also be presented with a hand crafted trophy inspired by the iconic Age printing facility at Tullamarine.
Winners will be announced at the 2011 Fairfax Employment Marketing Awards Event at Luminare in Melbourne on Friday 9 September 2011.
