Fairfax acknowledges that the current economic climate has seen a significant change to recruitment trends providing a challenging time for all.

We believe that now more than ever we need to showcase and celebrate the exceptional talent and innovative strategies making a positive impact within recruitment advertising.

FEMA 2009 Categories

In order to reflect the current recruitment trends and economic climate, 2009 sees some significant but beneficial changes to the number of awards and weighting of the judging.

The categories are:

•   Best Promotion of Graduate Careers
•   Best Promotion of Public and Education Careers
•   Best Promotion of Regional Careers
•   Best Corporate or Onsite HR Team
•   Best Recruitment Advertising Agency
•   Best Corporate Careers Website
•   Best Integrated Campaign
•   Best Campaign
•   Diversity Award - NEW
•   Best Employer Brand
•   Recruitment Firm of the Year
•   Recruiter of the Year
•   The Neville Jeffress Hall of Fame

FEMA entries will close at 5pm, Tuesday 11 August.

To be eligible to enter advertisements must have appeared in a Fairfax media property between the dates: 12 July 2008 and 30 June 2009.
