Diversity Award

We are looking for key recruitment initiatives that have successfully attracted or retained talent from diverse or underrepresented backgrounds. Not simply a marketing campaign, the submissions have to show clear evidence that the campaign has been effective. This evidence could be a raised awareness of diversity policies, internal opinion surveys and ongoing initiatives that support the overall objectives.

Judging Criteria

Provide an execution summary between 800 – 1000 words, explaining why the entry is deserving of the award. You may include examples of published creative, online supply pages or photos of supporting merchandise.

Judges will be looking for and scoring on the following components:

1. The background
What does Diversity mean to you in the context of this work and how is that demonstrated?

How have you made a difference? What evidence can you produce to support your claims, in either short or long-term results?

How to present your Entry

  • Part 1: Please upload and pay for your submission online, using the electronic portal button at the bottom of this page. You must submit your Entry as a PDF that includes all related artwork, such as supporting material, screen grabs and supply pages of the advertisement.
  • Part 2: A hard copy version of your artwork must be printed and posted to the judges (only one copy is required) and formatted to the specifications below. The FEMA entry deadline closed at 5:00pm on Monday 27 June 2011
  • Your printed artwork must be clearly referenced with your E-awards Confirmation Number on the back of the artwork, judges will not accept any artwork that is missing this reference. Your E-awards Confirmation Number will be automatically emailed to you after you complete Part 1 of the submission process online.
  • Your printed artwork must be trimmed to look exactly as it did when published. Proofs are acceptable. Flush mounting on black cardboard is compulsory, maximum size A2.
