We are looking for key recruitment initiatives that have successfully attracted or retained talent from diverse or underrepresented backgrounds. Not simply a marketing campaign, the submissions have to show clear evidence that the campaign has been effective. This evidence could be a raised awareness of diversity policies, internal opinion surveys and ongoing initiatives that support the overall objectives.
In an executive summary of no more than 200 words, explain why your organisation is deserving of the award. Judges will be looking for and scoring on the following components;
