This award is open to any recruitment or employer branding execution targeting the Graduate market.

In an executive summary of no more than 500 words, explain why the entry is deserving of the award. Judges will be looking for and scoring on the following components:

Objective _/25 POINTS
Strategy & Execution _/25 POINTS
Outcome & Effectiveness _/50 POINTS
Total 100 POINTS

HOW TO PRESENT YOUR ENTRY

  • One entry per payment. Use the reference number in the confirmation email as a reference through-out your form.
  • Six (6) copies of the executive summary are required.
  • Entries must be typed on A4 paper and bound.
  • Each entry should be accompanied by printed samples of the creative, supplied separately.
  • Only one copy of the printed work is required and is to be supplied trimmed exactly as it appeared in the publication, flush mounted on black cardboard, maximum size A2. Proofs are acceptable.
  • Multiple insertions for brand campaigns may be included on the same board, maximum size A2.
  • The entry may be accompanied by supporting material such as online supply pages or screen grabs of the advertisement. These are to be printed and included in the bound document.
  • In addition a copy of the creative work MUST be supplied as high-res images on CD or USB stick (300dpi, RGB Colour, PDF, JPG or TIFF). Online supply pages or screen grabs as PICT, JEPG, TIFF, PDF or for animated files GIF, SWF on CD or USB stick.
  • Two (2) copies of the entry form (photocopies are OK) must be included with each entry, one copy taped to the back of the mounted print work and one supplied loose that will be used for processing.
