This award is open to any recruiter active in the placement of permanent or temporary candidates across all sectors and salary levels.

A person other than the nominated entrant should submit all entries. In an executive summary of no more than 500 words, explain why the entrant is deserving of the award. Judges will be looking for and scoring on
the following components:

Factors that make this candidate the best in their field and how their performance exceeded that of their peers _/50 POINTS
Provide examples of outstanding quality of work from this entrant. Minimum of two client testimonials are required. Must highlight new
client business and demonstrate client retention and growth.

HOW TO PRESENT YOUR ENTRY

  • One entry per payment. Use the reference number in the confirmation email as a reference through-out your form.
  • Six (6) copies of the executive summary are required.
  • Entries must be typed on A4 paper and bound.
  • The entry may be accompanied by supporting material such as examples of published creative, copies of online supply pages or screen grabs of advertisements. These are to be printed and included in the bound document.
  • For examples of other supporting merchandise such as T-Shirts, Mugs, Point of Sale etc, please take photos of the material and include a printed copy in the bound document.
  • A photo of the nominated entrant must be supplied as a high resolution (300dpi) JPEG or TIF file - portrait orientation in full colour (supplied on CD)
  • Only one copy of the printed work is required.
  • In addition a copy of the creative work MUST be supplied as high-res images on CD or USB stick (300dpi, RGB Colour, PDF, JPG or TIFF). Online supply pages or screen grabs as PICT, JEPG, TIFF, PDF or for animated files GIF, SWF on CD or USB stick.
  • Two (2) copies of the entry form (photocopies are OK) must be included with each entry, one copy taped to the back of the mounted print work and one supplied loose that will be used for processing.
